Bottom line: If UPS has so much money to waste that they can afford to program and support a useless behemouth like Worldship, then we are paying too much for shipping. For the record, Worldship 2011 (v11) is the last version that the odbc mapping remained stable. No versions after that were usable and v11 is barely usable. Download; WorldShip 2019 (Must have existing WorldShip installation to use on Windows® 7 SP1 and above, new installations only supported on Windows® 8 and above.
Even if your business has purchased a new computer for shipping tasks, it doesn't mean that you have to lose all of your UPS WorldShip shipping data. After backing up all of your data on your old computer, you can install the latest version of UPS WorldShip and import your old shipping data directly into the program. Does anyone know of a place where we can still download WorldShip 9.0? We're prepping for a GP2010 deployment and I want to test our exact versions in a test environment to carry out my due diligence. We have a third party program that works between WorldShip and GP, which we'd like to confirm will be okay once the upgrade is complete.
I know we should probably just get their WorldShip up to date... but rather than possibly bringing up new issues, we'd prefer to ascertain we can get through the upgrade and then get the rest sorted while everyone is still comfortably chugging along.
Worst case I'll test with 10.0, of which we have a copy... and we can always upgrade the Live environment if we confirm all is well therein.
I think your best bet is to find someone with a copy or contact support for a copy. Other than that, I think you're not going to find a site to download from.
